March 17 was a blessed day for Christine and Andre, not because it was St. Patrick’s Day! Not only was it was the 10 year anniversary of their first date and the date that they got engaged, but it was the day when they made a commitment to one another to become husband and wife! It was such a sweet and intimate wedding ceremony, where both families have been best of friends for the past decade. Christine and Andre had everyone in tears and laughter from their heartfelt wedding vows to their hilarious photobombs through out their portrait session!

Not being able to see each other while in the same room is no small task! But these two enjoyed every bit of their pre-wedding moments :).Rockville Courthouse Wedding Photography

Can we talk about Christine for a second here? What a beautiful dress on the most gorgeous bride! The wind kept us flying through out the afternoon, but Christine just glided through the wind like a ballerina. So graceful!

We count it a blessing to be able to photograph weddings, one of the most significant days in the lives of two individuals.. but an even greater blessing to photograph a fellow photographer’s wedding! Sang and I met years ago through a gathering/photowalk of several photographers from the east coast. What an honor it is to be trusted with a colleague’s big day! :)  Sang and Ann’s intimate wedding at the Fort Magruder Hotel & Conference Center in Williamsburg, Virginia was one to remember. Held on the memorable 12.13.14, this wedding day right before the holidays was full of laughter and tears, with a loving community of friends and family so visibly and tenderly supporting the love of the two newlyweds. There was no better way to end the year than with the union of this beautiful couple, so deeply in love, so rooted in faith, beginning a new life together in their new home.. Hawaii (lucky ducks!). Sang and Ann, you two are gems. Wishing you the biggest of blessings and a blissful marriage in paradise!

The amazing bride, Ann did not only her own hair and makeup but her bridesmaids’, too! She’s amazing!

These guys were cracking me up all day – such fun guys!
